1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the website polynesialocal.com (the “site”) and the trip enquiry service it offers. The site is operated by Miguel Rego, [address], [registration number] (the “operator”). By using the site or sending an enquiry you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the service

The site presents accommodation, transport and activities in French Polynesia and lets you send a trip enquiry. The site sells nothing and takes no payment. Every enquiry is passed on to a partner agency established in Tahiti, [name of the partner agency], which checks availability, prepares a proposal and, where applicable, concludes the travel contract with you under its own conditions.

3. Prices and taxes

The prices shown on the site are indicative, calculated from the rate sheets the providers communicated on the date stated. 6. Liability

The operator provides the site and the enquiry service with the reasonable care of a professional, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The operator is not a party to the travel contract and is not liable for the performance of services booked with the partner agency or the providers. Liability for damage arising from the use of the site is limited to direct damage caused by a fault attributable to the operator, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, the map drawings, the structure and the code of the site belong to the operator or are used with their authors’ permission; the map data comes from OpenStreetMap and is published under the ODbL licence. Any reproduction beyond private use requires the operator’s written consent.

8. Personal data

9. Governing law and disputes
